Everything below is included in one fixed monthly, with a separate one-off fee for the setup itself. No hourly meter, no overage bills, no surprises at renewal — tell us about your setup and we’ll come back with the numbers.
Email on your own domain, Word / Excel / Outlook / Teams installed where they should be, everyone signed in on their own computer. Your domain wired to Microsoft, old records preserved, the switchover scheduled for an evening you pick. Nobody stops working while it happens.
Years of mail, contacts and calendar copied across from Gmail, Google Workspace, GoDaddy, cPanel, or another Microsoft account. Nothing is thrown away. Your address stays the same and your old inbox keeps arriving until the last message is safely on the new side.
The check on the landing page, run against your tenant every month. Two-step sign-in, admin count, whether your email can be forged, Microsoft's own Secure Score, stale accounts, unused licences, devices Microsoft can't see. Each finding is written in plain English with the fix beside it — most take one confirmed click.
Someone starts, someone leaves. Mailbox, licence and laptop handled without a ticket: filed in the portal, done by the same afternoon. A leaver's mail is kept and forwarded so nothing is lost; the licence is released so you stop paying for the seat.
Each laptop and phone signed into your business — who has it, when it was last seen, whether it's encrypted, whether it's still on a supported OS. On the right plan, we can lock or wipe a lost device from the portal in seconds.
A password stops working, an email won't send, a laptop needs replacing, a new domain has to be added — filed in the portal, answered by a real person, usually before you've closed the tab. Password resets within the hour; larger jobs quoted in writing before we touch anything.
Microsoft keeps deleted mail and files for a few weeks and then they are gone. We add a daily copy of every mailbox and OneDrive, kept for years — so a mistake in March is still recoverable in June, and so is everything if the worst happens. Restore is a click, from the portal.
Most break-ins start with someone clicking a convincing email. A harmless test every quarter; a thirty-second lesson for whoever clicks; a one-click Report button in Outlook; a plain results email to you. Also sold on its own — keep your IT wherever it is and just test the people.
